This beach home is perfect for those looking to stay in and relax or go visit hot spots of the Oceano and Pismo area! The home is just steps from the sand and minutes from Oceano Dune access. There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C. The space This home is great for groups of 10 or less. No pets allowed. Other things to note The beach in front of the house has off-road vehicle access. However, if you head north you'll reach the pedestrians only part of the beach. Traffic-normal residential traffic (means up to 10 trips per day) Noise-exterior noise must be keep to a level that does not disturb the neighbors. No exterior noise is allowed after 10pm.
