Please let us know in advance as the pool takes time to heat. -For 30+ day stays, a pet fee of $250 applies for the first dog to cover additional cleaning. If you’re bringing more than one, just let us know—additional pups may be approved on a case-by-case basis. -Any early check-in or late check-out requires host approval. If we are able to accommodate your request, a $25-$50 fee will be charged. -A smart doorbell is located at the front door and a smart camera is located in the backyard. Outdoor cameras may be used to ensure compliance with rental property rules. There are no cameras inside the home. -Per Palm Springs City Ordinance, quiet night hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Amplified music is not allowed outside. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside of the home).
