Sunset Haus - Lake Conroe Kayak Paddle Boards Pets

Come stay at our wonderfully renovated home right on Lake Conroe! With lakefront access and a large boat dock, bring your boat or jet ski and have a blast! Feel free to use our water mat, kayak, and paddle boards to enjoy the lake. Swimming in the open water right off our dock is convenient and easy. We also have a cool game room with a full-size pool table that's fun for all ages. The space We have TONS of seating for all of our guests, including room for 10 on our couch and at our dining table! Watch movies at night or your favorite sports team on our 65” 4K television, and we even have a Netflix account setup and ready for you to enjoy! We provide bath towels and linens for all beds, as well as a some laundry pods, dishwasher pods, coffee k-cups, toilet paper, and paper towels. (Enough to last 2-3 days). We also have a fully furnished kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, appliances). Guest access The entire home is accessible to our guests via contactless entry. The garage and boat lifts/slips are not part of this listing and access is not permitted. However, there is plenty of room to dock your boat during your stay. Other things to note We are a dog friendly home, so please feel free to bring a furry friend along! (We allow 1 dog, weighing 50lb or less). Please add the dog to the reservation and our pet fee of $75 (per dog) will then be automatically added as well. If there are certain items we might be able to get for you ahead of time to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know and we will do our best! We try to respond very quickly and will answer any questions you might have. We do require our guests to sign a rental agreement.
