The space This spacious home is centrally located on a quiet, low-traffic street for 7 of your closest friends or family to gather and enjoy concerts, sporting events, conferences, shopping, family visits, or staycations. Enjoy the privacy of 3 bedrooms on the main level + finished basement, each with luxury bedding and plenty of room for couples. Sleep soundly on our memory foam mattresses available for up to 6 guests. For that 7th guest we have a pack n play and a double foldout couch in the basement. Enjoy our Smart TVs in the main and lower level living rooms with access to all your favorite apps to sign in to. All bedrooms on the main level also have their own Roku TVs. Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and cookware. It includes a full set of pans, mixing bowls, plenty of plates, bowls and utensils, blender and cutting boards. Our dining area features a large table. High chair is available. Pets must be approved prior to booking. Backyard is fenced, and per city ordinance all pets must stay leashed when outdoors. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs in the house. Odor remediation of any kind will result in a minimum $250 charge. First and last names of all guests aged 18+ must be provided in writing prior to check-in. Guests must sign the Renter Agreement no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. Located conveniently adjacent to Forest Park (1 mile). Washington Univ (2 miles), Missouri Botanical Garden (3 miles), Busch Stadium (7 miles), several hospitals, and downtown attractions are minutes away.
