Step inside of this beautiful over 3,000sqft house and discover a private BBQ, pool, hot tub and a game room specially designed to entertain your family and keep the fun going. Experience the vacation of a lifetime! The space Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and hot tub just for you. Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with pingpong table, table games, air hockey, TV and gym equiptment. The game room also includes a futon for additional guests. FIRST FLOOR -Masters bedroom(Queen bed with Smart Tv and full private bathroom) -2nd Room (Full bed with Roku Tv) and 3rd Room (Full bed) - Half bath on the hall way between 2nd and 3rd rooms -Full baths closely to the Pool Door SECOND FLOOR - 2 Twin Beds - Sofa bed - Smart Tv - Full bath -Gym -Hockey, Pingpong table and board games DETAILS • Central AC/Heat • Private Country side Home • Kitchen with spices • Smart TV’s • Fresh towels/linens • Washer/dryer (in unit) • Hair dryer • Coffee maker • Dishes, Wine glass & silverware • Pots & pans • Free Wi-Fi • Patio/balcony SAFETY • Ring doorbell at the front and backdoor (no cameras inside the house, only in front and back, outside the house) • Smoke alarm/CO detector • Fire extinguisher • First aid kit. Additional free parking on the side. There is a limit of 5 vehicles including guests and visitors. • We offer complimentary Wi-Fi • Free washer and dryer available at the house. • You’ll find a starter pack with: Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, creamer, Coffee, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (3), Shampoo, conditioner and Bar soap (each bathroom). • We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use. • Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
