The space This home has been recently updated and features three large hotel-style rooms, each with their own bathroom, two balconies, two pools, and convenient (paid) access to all the Margaritaville activates including Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, Fin City Arcade & Bowling, Mini-Golf, The Oaks Golf Course, Horseback Riding, boat slip rentals, WaveRunner rentals, paddle boat rentals and access to multiple pools and restaurants including Landshark Bar & Grill. Kitchen and Dining Area The open-concept kitchen features newly refinished cabinets and countertops, a breakfast bar with 5 barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Living Room The living room features a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, a rock fireplace, two armchairs, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony in the trees. Master Suite The master suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, closet, nightstands, and a flat screen TV. This room has an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 This bedroom is located downstairs and features two queen sized beds, TV, a mini fridge, microwave, breakfast table, and private attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 This bedroom is also downstairs and features two queen sized beds, TV, a mini fridge, microwave, breakfast table and private attached bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. This room also has sliding glass doors that open to the lower-level balcony. Outside Outside there is a balcony on each level that has views of the trees and one of the pools within Tan Tar A Estates. Each balcony has a patio table, and the top floor balcony has a gas BBQ grill. Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active at exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in.
