The space A hundred-year-old classic Carmel fairytale Cottage, fully landscaped and featured on private Carmel By The Sea garden tours. We are now on the Carmel by the sea GARDEN CLUB tour for local private members! In bloom year round, this home and garden are yours Exclusively yours during your stay!! The garden is in full view from every space in the house! )Five person MAX on property at any time, WE ARE FIRM ON THIS) Sorry, we are unable to accommodate six or more including visitors. This Carmel~by~the~Sea charmer is light~filled and full of windows, with French doors leading to private gardens, many places to sit, read a book or have brunch and escape!! Guests will have total access to the entire home, which is fully enclosed, gated and private. A special opportunity in Carmel By The Sea, as these property parcels are RARE. Amenities included brand new large screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room, all with full premium packages including HBO, Showtime, ROKU, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc and availability for kids video games (just bring their console). Chefs kitchen with all accompanying top of the line appliances (Wolf, subzero) and gear. Brand new sealy Posturepedic pillow top luxury beds, fine tencel linens, Frette robes. One size KING, one QUEEN, featuring world class luxury bamboo cozy earth sheets. There is a SOFA BED in the living room next to the fireplace. We also have a brand new Doublewide BBQ grill, a ping pong table, multiple sitting areas w/benches. Two main outdoor dining areas with space for 6-8, two L-shaped outdoor sofas, two rocking chairs, two fountains, a bird bath and four bird houses/feeders, where bunny rabbits, woodpeckers, blue Jays, doves, finches squirrels and many other creatures visit. Wildlife abounds!! The cottage has fully landscaped and carefully manicured gardens include boxwood-edged pathways, loads of flowers, bird feeders, and a bubbling fountain in a stone courtyard. The house is set on a 12,100 square foot lot. TERMS/RULES INCLUDE: Only Five (5) Guests No Large Noisy Crowds or Dinner Party, NO PETS (we cannot make exceptions, sorry) or Smoking. We are firm on no events or parties, including small weddings! If any of the rules are broken the booking is immediately terminated and the full payment is forfeited and guests will be remove from the property. By law the Monterey County demands a Transit Occupancy Tax of 10.50% of room stay rate, which is added to the studio rate and sent to Guests, through Airbnb, as a Separate Payment Request, after reservations have been formalized, usually within 7 days of Check-In. Guest access Entire home You’ll have the house to yourself. (Up to three adults and three children only at ANY TIME. We are strict on FIVE PERSON TOTAL including any visitors. No groups over five. Thank you. Other things to note Please note our occupancy policy! Four adults plus one child or any family combination thereof including children in order to total five. The cottage is a bit small for a fifth adult, please inquire. A $150 PER NIGHT SURCHARGE for a fifth adult due to stringent and exorbitant water expenses in Carmel By The Sea!!
