This custom-built pool house opens directly to your own pool (May–Sept), hot tub, and covered patio - perfect for relaxing or gathering. Guests also enjoy access to a beautiful backyard sauna. Inside, a high-end kitchen with filtered water and open living space create a calm, airy retreat. The professionally designed interior includes a downstairs queen bedroom and an upstairs loft with a full-and-twin bunk, plus a brand-new bathroom and laundry. Step outside to fish or kayak on the Mill Creek, sip morning coffee poolside, or unwind by the gas fire pit under the stars. Located just minutes from downtown Lancaster, Dutch Wonderland, and the outlets, yet tucked into tranquil woodland, The Millstream Cottage offers the best of both worlds. Please note: our friendly German Shepherd, Ally, has an invisible fence and will not approach guests. Registered guests only on the property. A serene backyard sauna is available for your use and is shared with one other private guest cottage. Guest access You will have access to your own private patio, large swimming pool, and over two acres of property to explore and enjoy. The private hot tub is directly connected to the swimming poo and open September- Mayl. The backyard sauna is shared with one neighboring airbnb cottage. The Millstream Cottage swimming pool is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Our children may want to swim at some point, but we will make prior arrangements with you. No parties without prior arrangements and express permission. Only paying guests may be on the premises. Other things to note Please note we have a friendly German Shepherd, Ally, who is very kind and adores children. She has a collar which will keep her from coming near the cottage. The pool is closed over winter months. Please read description for exact dates.
