Outdoor Space: - Massive, Covered Wrap-Around Deck: Complete with a dining area seating 10 guests, a hot tub, and a charcoal grill—perfect for outdoor living. - Propane Fireplace: Cozy up inside, with smart TVs in every room. Indoor Features: - Open Concept Living Room: Includes a 6-person dining table with additional 4-person bar seating. - Loft Game Room: Features a sit-down arcade game with 15+ games, shuffleboard, cards, and wall games for some friendly competition. - Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes stainless steel appliances, basic spices, cooking oil, a coffee maker, and barbecue tools. Other things to note - Steep Road Access: The road leading up to the cabin is steep. We recommend using a 4x4 vehicle year-round. Snow removal service will be scheduled once snowfall reaches 3 inches. - Maintenance: Available during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) for non-emergency requests. - The primary renter is required to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property. - Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation. - This mountain cabin may have icy or slippery roads in winter, even if maintained. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended. For evening check-ins, please be aware that there are no city lights and roads will be dark. Drive slowly and exercise extra caution when going up the hill.
