It is our desire for our guests or families visiting our family cabin home to have a safe and comfortable stay, cherishing moments or memories with their loved ones. In order to provide that, we need all the guests to abide by the house rules that protect our home and belongings from destruction and inappropriate use. While we are grateful that most travelers have the integrity and respect for other's property and people, we need to make the following rules to prevent some people ruining their stay, our family home and other guest's future enjoyment of our home. This vacation rental agreement is for the guests who agree to rent our family cabin home. If you rent the cabin, you agree to this document and you agree to pay the rent, fees and taxes as shown on the quote at the time of reservation and abide by the stated cancellation policy and the following. Please read carefully as you are consenting and agreeing to this rental contract when you choose to continue with your reservation. Failure to comply with terms of this agreement could result in your reservation being cancelled with no refund. This home has very strict policies of NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO unregistered extra guests, and a Max occupancy of 12 people including infants. Upon arival go though the cabin and look for any damages and take pictures to documante if and keep them untill you get your deposit back GARAGE IS $25 extra per day let me know what your driving to make sure it fits 1. We are sharing our family's home. Please treat it gently with respect, as you would as a guest in a friend's home. If you use it, clean it. Put things back where you found them. Lock the door all the time and especially when you leave the cabin. Be sure that children also respect the property. Our cleaners, manager & maintenance crew keep count of our belongings and you will be charged for items missing or destroyed during your stay. 2. The person who makes the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No booking allowed for another person or guests. The person who made the reservation is responsible for all guests that come in the cabin, their behaviors, and any damage to the property or the surrounding. The number of all guests with their ages must be reported at the time of booking and confirmed prior to check in. If there are any additional guests not on the guest list or numbers, the person booking the reservation will pay for additional fee of $50 per night per person for the entire stay (not prorated). For your safety and enjoyment, all guests must not exceed the maximal occupancy of 12 guests including infants/ toddlers/children for our home. If occupancy limit is exceeded, you will be evicted, and all payments and deposits will be forfeited. 3. Absolutely NO party or loud noises! If you plan to party, do NOT book this home. You will be asked to leave immediately without refund for your entire stay and you will forfeit your damage deposit if you choose not to follow the rental agreement. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Quiet time is 10:00 pm-7:00 am every day. 4. The guests are responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while guests are at the property, on the premises or its facilities. The use of any items in the home or premises of the home are at your own risk and you will not hold liable for the owner or the managers. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest or any illness, injuries or accidents. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the home, any items belonging to the home or premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. No Smoking. No marijuana. Any kind of smoking or any kind of drugs are NOT allowed in the house or within at least 10 feet premises of the property. PREVENT FIRES! DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS or ANY FLAMMABLE INTO THE GRASS or TREES. You will be responsible for any damages or fire and you will be persecuted. Thanks for your help in preventing fires. 6. Pet policy: To protect our guests and families with pet allergies or potential serious health issues due to pets, we strictly cannot allow anyone to bring any pets or animals in our homes. We ask you to be considerate of others and find another property that may allow pets if you must accompany your pet. We monitor the front door and have team members in the area, so if anyone choose to be dishonest and sneak in pets, we will know and easily find evidence of pet in the cabin. The guest will be responsible to make sure that that pet leaves the property or entire guests will have to leave. Your entire stay and the deposit will be non refundable. 7. We have a drive way that can park up to 6 cars. Please do not park on the street or block neighbor's driveway. 8. Garbage: must be bagged, Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage containers located at the side of the house. Animal precautions are in effect in this area, meaning that trash should never be left outside of the trash container and the lid should be kept closed. If trash bin gets full you must go to community garbage drop off (10 min away) 9 Hot Tub/jacuzzi tub: Please always supervise Cover the tub after your done using it. children while in the hot tub/jetted tubs. Don't allow them to stand on the sides or jump in. If you want to keep the water clear, have users shower before soaking in the hot tub. Please be sure the water is several inches above the jets before you turn them on. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with its use. Use at your own risk. Hot tub water temperatures should never exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit. A temperature of 100 degrees is considered safe for a healthy adult. Special caution is suggested for young children. No alcohol nor drinking is allowed near or in the hot tub. Please do not get in the hot tub if you had alcohol. Hot tub use can cause drowsiness which could lead to unconsciousness and subsequently result in drowning. Pregnant women beware! Soaking in water above 102 degrees Fahrenheit can cause fetal damage during the first three months of pregnancy. We ask pregnant women to avoid being in the hot tub. Before entering the hot tub, users should check the water temperature with an accurate thermometer; hot tub thermostats may err in in regulating water temperatures by as much as four degrees. 10. Please respect our home and remove your shoes to keep bacteria, mud and soil outside. Thank you! 11. Seasonal fireplace can be used October 1st - April 1st and you have to provide your own firewood. 12. We supply a starter pack of dish soap, trash bags, oil, paper towels, toilet paper. 13. No unregistered guests. 14. no perfumes or curry or anything that smells in the house, we are trying to maintain the wood smell, 15. The cooking stove and the grill must be cleaned after use. if left to dry it can take hours to clean and if so will charge accordingly to cover cleaning cost. all rules must be followed and are subject to fees if broken!
