Relax around the campfire or in the hot tub! Located 10 minutes from Middlebury and Elkhart and only 18 minutes from Shipshewana! Notre Dame is also only a 28 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. Door dash or UberEATS delivers to this location. The space There is a sandbar located straight out from the house on the other side of the river. it varies in depth from 6 inches to 2 feet deep. On warm days a few locals pull up by boat, kayaks, or tubes and hang out on this large sandbar area. Take our kayaks and some of our folding camping chairs with you and spend some time lounging on the sandbar!
