The space The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your getaway, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more…Dining has plenty of spaces with enough seating for 6 guests. Sliding Glass Door opens from your private balcony, facing the courtyard. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We have a washer and dryer inside the townhouse. Travel right and travel light, you have your own washer and dryer for your convenience and all the comforts of home. Enjoy cable, Smart TV, and wifi. There is one TV in the living room and one in the Master Bedroom. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walking closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Living Space has a nice and open concept with lots of natural light. The home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Sheets, bath towels, hair dryer, etc. Make yourself at home! You can spend the day at the beach or relax in the pool located in the courtyard. BTR # 2204 Guest access Check-in is after 3:00 pm. During peak seasons, some units may not be ready by 3:00 pm. Your patience will be appreciated in these instances. We have a keyless entry front door. Just enter the code, and you’re all set. Entry Codes will be provided before check-in. For Leaving and coming, just hit the “Lock” Button when leaving, and enter the code when coming back. Other things to note Walk to the beautiful white sand of Indian Rocks beach, restaurants, shopping, as well as recreational activities, and local parks. If you want to adventure a bit further -- Head up the coast to the world-famous Clearwater Beach; a short scenic drive away. Or down the coast just a few miles to St. Pete Beach, John Pass, Treasure Island, etc. Visit some of our famous Local Restaurants: The Original Crabby Bill's located on Indian Rocks Beach, and/or Salt Rock Grill located on Indian Shores. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Busch Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney is just two hours away.
