Restricted areas include: Basement (existing tenants), Office Space past the laundry room (house manager), and the garage. Other things to note We provide a welcome packet by the door which contains our contact info for anything you need. House rules Check-in: After 3:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM No smoking No parties or events Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am Please note: Violating any house rules may result in an inconvenience fee to cover additional cleaning, service delays, or neighborhood complaints. Additional rules - Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Undisclosed pet will be an additional $100 per night, per pet. - Garage and rear driveway are not accessible by guests. - Basement and Office Space are not accessible to guests as there are existing tenants. Both units are separated by a bolted lock and have their own entrance and exit, so it does not interfere with Airbnb stays. Additional Quirks: - To change the temperature in the master, you need to turn the middle knob slightly to the right for colder and slightly to the left for hotter.
