Upon entering the home, you'll step into the foyer where you will see the cozy movie room with a large TV and plush couch and pillows on the left-hand side. On the right you are welcomed by our picnic style dining table, with the kitchen behind it. The living room is straight ahead with a large sectional couch. The beautiful dining area, living room space and kitchen areas are perfectly situated and connected, creating an inviting open space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down. From the kitchen area is the exit to the fully fenced backyard area. On the main level there is also access to our first bedroom, with a full bath located right next to it. The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd level of the home where you will find your 3 additional bedrooms and full-size bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with tub connected. Our additional bedroom contains 2 beds, two queens and is connected to a shared full bathroom. Our final bedroom contains 1 queen sized bed and a desk for a designated workspace. Guests have access to bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and two living room spaces. Restricted areas include: Basement (existing tenants), Office Space past the laundry room, and the garage. Our house manager Stephanie is available for any of your needs and can be reached by phone/text, her contact info is located on the welcome packet when you walk into the home. Plenty of driveway and street parking. We provide a welcome packet by the door which contains our contact info for anything you need. Undisclosed pet will be an additional $100 per night, per pet. - Garage and rear driveway are not accessible by guests. - Basement is also not accessible to guests as there are existing tenants. Additional Quirks: - Existing Tenants in basement have their own entrance and exit, and do not have any access to the main part of the house which reserved for Airbnb guests only. Our current basement tenants are not overly noisy and have never interrupted any guest visits. There are no tenants in the office space, that is a space for our Airbnb inventory (toilet paper, soap, etc). - The shared bathroom upstairs has the hot and cold water reversed. - To change the temperature in the master, you need to turn the middle knob slightly to the right for colder and slightly to the left for hotter.
