Open floor plan with living room, dinning and kitchen connected on main level. Main level also host a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry on the main floor too. The second floor includes a small play area, 2 bedrooms that share 1 full bathroom. Each room has a queen bed and Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney + already loaded. Guest will access the main level via digital key code on front door. We also have a manual key on a lockbox located on the column near front door. The home has a long driveway that can hold 2-3 cars and a turnaround spot, so you can enter and exit the driveway or street safely. Should you need anything, host is about 30 minutes away. You'll be given a number to call/text should you need anything. This home is not in a planned development community and instead sits on 1 acre all to its own. The land is surrounded by million dollar homes, parks, schools and is minutes from downtown Sugar Hill and downtown Buford, both hosting great eats!
