No added cleaning fees! The space This private boutique hotel suite is located in the absolute best location in downtown Mt Shasta. There are only 11 other boutique hotel suites at the property. This private room was professionally renovated in 2022 with soundproofing, new drywall, an all new bathroom, all new furniture, new paint, new heating & cooling system, new windows, entirely new bed and bedding, new lighting and reclaimed hardwood flooring. Fast WiFi internet was just installed in 2022 so you'll have reliable wifi for your stay! The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, wine opener, and supplies for complimentary coffee for the first morning of your stay. Should you need cooking capacity that includes plates & utensils, please book Suites 101, 102, 206 or 210. The shower has complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash all from BeeKind with a fragrance that encompasses citrus and honey. BeeKind is carefully crafted from high-quality ingredients and essential oils and contains NO parabens, phthalates or petrol-derived ingredients. We use a hypoallergenic laundry detergent made for sensitive skin (made without dyes, phosphates, brighteners or enzymes) and minimally scented dryer sheets with a vegetable-derived softening agent and essential oils. If you love clean air you'll appreciate the new HEPASilent air purifier in the room. If you’d like to store luggage, bikes, snowboards, skis, etc. there is a locked Gear Room on the ground floor of the hotel that is free for hotel guests. If you need to store anything like luggage for a few hours before check-in or after check-out time while you continue to explore the town, just reach out and we'll be happy to accommodate. Guest access Guests will receive a smart lock code prior to arrival for self check-in. Guests will enter a small lobby, climb one flight of stairs and walk to the end of a common hallway to reach Room 205. Your hotel room and private bathroom will be accessible to only the guest (no sharing of space required). Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102. Cancellation: As a small independent hotel, we are not able to offer refunds or credits outside of the established cancellation policy you book under. Our property is located in an area that experiences winter weather and the potential of wildfires in the summer/fall. Refunds or credits will be extended if there is a state mandated road closure of I-5 near the property or if there is a state mandated evacuation order.
