The Living Area features a Leather Sofa, a Settee, a Swivel Arm Chair, a 43" Smart TV and a Console Full of Board Games! The Living Room is on the Front of the Home and the Kitchen is on the Back with Dining Space in Between. The Kitchen has Quartz Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances and Every Kitchen Gadget you can imagine! It is Well-Stocked to allow you to Prepare a Meal for Every Season. We provide Spices, Cooking Oils and Sprays and Ziploc Bags for Marinating, so check stock before you head to the Grocery Store! The Dining Table seats 4 and there are 2 Barstools at the Kitchen Bar. The Little Gem in our Cottage is the Sunroom, located just off the Kitchen and where you will find our Complimentary Coffee Bar and Seating for 4. Enjoy Morning Coffee and Plan your Day as you watch the Birds Play in the Backyard! The Bedrooms feature King Beds with Comfy Linens, Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, and 43" Smart TV's. Our Cottage only has 1 Bath, but our Guests have Loved the HUGE Walk-in Custom Tile Shower! Toiletries are provided for your convenience. The Backyard is Fully Fenced. It features Outdoor Dining Space for 6 with String Lights Above, a Gas Grill with BBQ Grilling Tools and a Firepit with 4 Adirondack Chairs.
