The space This 1920 craftsman has been fully renovated for your stay in the hip, North Oak Park area. This unit is part of a duplex with a shared front porch along with a shared backyard. The home has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and patio. All kitchen utensils, cooking utensils, linens, and towels are provided as well as a coffee/tea starter kit plus basic spices for cooking. Also included: vacuum (for 1 month+ stays), iron, small ironing board, coffee maker, french press, gas stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. The living room has one flat screen Smart TV to login to your streaming accounts. Wifi and utilities included! *Important: Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. For longer term stays, since there is not a laundry unit in the studio, we do have a recommendation of a local laundry option if desired! Basic Cleaning (no sheet or towel washing) will be completed every other week. The cost is $65 for every cleaning. Please note that this is required for a reservation that is 30 days or longer. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest. Other things to note Your experience is our top priority with our keyless self check-in. You will be assigned a unique code which will only be active during your stay. We are available 24/7 through Airbnb messaging, as well as by phone, to address all your needs before, during and after your stay! Please note that we have security camera, pointed outside for security purposes, and a NoiseAware device inside the home to monitor noise levels. The NoiseAware device is not intended for recording, and please be assured that we cannot hear any audio from it. The apartment complex has No Smoking rules as well. Because other tenants are smoking does not grant permission. We are providing housing through a corporate lease, being 100% compliant is imperative. No smoking, no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property, including the apartment complex. Please smoke on the street. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. • Self-check-in with a smart lock. • Do not disrespect your neighbors. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
