Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, just 10 minutes from Indiana beach amusement park. Sleeps 6 comfortably and 7 max.Living room & 1 game room with air hockey and an arcade style video game with over 3000 games. Fully furnished kitchen and an outdoor grill and picnic area. Main bedroom has master bath Towels, beach towels, and extra pillows are provided. Like the rest of Monticello we are on well water and it will have a smell and the water is not for drinking. Other things to note As stated in the listing there is no washer and dryer. No food or condiments are included. The home is on well water and occasionally smells. Parking is only allowed in the driveway closest to the home. Any and all cars parked in the driveway farthest left from the house in front of white metal building can be towed at owner’s expense.
