Guest access The North Fork of the John Day River is within 100 yards, be aware of laws and regulations prior to fishing and swim at your own risk. Come back to the house to dry off and eat lunch on the back patio taking in the animals and natural beauty. Other things to note The John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is less than 20 minutes away. The Painted Hills is about 45 minutes to 1 hour away. The Kimberly Orchard is a great place to pick some fresh, delicious fruit!
