The entire home and deck are all at the same level so it's nice and easy getting around with very few steps to have to go up or down. Nice open living room with dining area and beautiful views of the Redwoods, meadows & coastal hills, plenty of space in the kitchen and the three bedrooms are perfect for up to 6. The Master suite has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and the second bedroom also has a bath/shower combination. Enjoy barbecuing out on the big grill and having fun meals on your wrap around deck. You are about a 12 minute drive to Blue Lake & the Mad River, and about 15 minutes to downtown Arcata and McKinleyville. We have wifi and satellite tv for your enjoyment. Guest access Things to note: -Part of the beauty of this property is the rural, wooded location! -The family pet is welcome to join you here! (2 dog max, $18 pet fee applies per dog) Guests with a pet will be asked to sign a pet addendum. -There will be a separate rental agreement sent to your email for signature before receiving your check in info. **Please note, the yard is not fenced, the property is located in a rural, wild setting with deer, elk, raccoons, squirrels, skunks and the occasional bear. Please be responsible and aware of your pets and their behavior when booking. -Plenty of private parking in driveway -No parties or events allowed, please reach out if you have questions regarding the nature of your stay. -A damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation. -Washer, dryer & dishwasher -You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
