Free wifi, laundry, and all bedrooms have tv's. Early arrival or late departure MAY be available for additional fees. Inquire for fees and availability. **Be aware there is a DETACHED and fenced apartment on the lot where others reside. Very separate and divided by a fence. There are absolutely NO shared spaces. The 5 bed home is completely fenced in, separate and PRIVATE. All are respectful neighbors, but ***** one nearby neighbor likes hosting and playing loud music at least one weekend a month***** Guest access ENTIRE HOME IS ACCESSIBLE!
