The space is completely separate from the upstairs portion where my husband and I reside. There is a separate entrance and patio. The space The updated and modern apartment has 2 bedrooms ( 1 king sized bed and 1 queen sized bed). It is air conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with standing shower and has a living and dining area. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are two additional tables on the patio as well as the garden area where guests can enjoy dining outdoors to catch the fresh breeze and enjoy the ocean view. The apartment is best suited for working class families and friends with children 12 years of age and older. If you must get work done while on holiday no worries. The apartment is equipped with wifi! At Ixora Vacational Rental, our goal is to provide a modern, comfortable and quiet stay for our guests to relax when they visit our property. I was born and raised on this beautiful island of Antigua and resided just a few miles away from your arrival point in the village of Urlings.  At age 7, I migrated to the United States where I received my education. Upon graduation, I returned to my beautiful island home and have remained here ever since. Because of the love I have for my island’s natural treasures, the only change I was contented to make was to move to the next village of Old Road with my amazing husband. Which allows me to continue basking in these natural treasures daily.  With that, it is with little wonder that I was employed in the hotel industry for 30 years, with the last 15 years working as a supervisor in concierge and front desk operations. -Spreading that island love to all. This experience coupled with my warm and humble personality, along with an ever-present smile, has led me to make many connections around the island.
