The space The home has been curated to appease even the most discerning traveler. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner lot home is around 1,430 sf and sleeps up to 8 (best suited for either 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults+child) and has a hot tub. Enjoy a coffee & tea bar complete with Verissmo Espresso maker, Cusinart drip coffee maker and cup specific hot water dispenser, ground coffee and assortment of teas. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in the bedrooms... because sleeping in on vacay is a must! Beds are high quality memory foam (Nectar). There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use located in the kitchen. There is ample parking including room for an RV. If you are bringing your RV please disclose to host prior to for approval. The bedrooms are not huge, but the common areas are...nice sized kitchen, dinning space and large living room. For entertainment there is a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room and a wall mounted smart TV in the primary bedroom. The TVs DO NOT have cable however, they are smart TVs where you can log into your streaming services. There is a Skeet Ball Game and dueling karaoke bluetooth microphones for fun. The kitchen is equip with quality cookware, silverware, dinnerware and glassware. The master bathroom has a rainfall shower head and the 2nd bath boast a large garden tub and LED Bluetooth mirror. The closet in the hall is a supply closet for cleaners and is to remained locked. It is not for guest access. **Please note that there is a pet fee that is determined by the host depending on amount of pets and size. Keyless door pad entry. The home is situated on a corner lot, there is plenty of parking. Due to central city center location ride share services are plentiful and almost always available at all hours. Other things to note Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). Do not touch the hot tub controls as they are preset by the spa technician. State or Gov issued ID is to be sent to the host at time of booking. This is Florida, a subtropical climate. The property is located in an older established neighborhood with mature vegetation and located next to a river front park. Because of the climate and natural vegetation palmetto bugs/water bugs that look like roaches may be present, especially after pest control has sprayed the exterior the bugs naturally come inside to die or if there are heavy rains as the bugs come inside. Again, there is professional monthly pest control but due to the subtropical climate and mature vegetation surrounding the property you may see the occasional bug. No refunds will be given in this situation. DISCLAIMER: No parties and no guest of guest unless previously cleared by the host. For your safety there is an exterior camera facing the front door and driveway and is recording. We are local and monitor the property for excessive partying. If signs of such are seen then said guest will be removed by authorities without refund, no matter time of day or night and could incur criminal charges as well as financial responsibility for damages. The Hot tub is serviced weekly, sometimes biweekly if there are two guest within that week. The Hot Tub technician adds chemicals and balances them each time they service the unit, they also clean each time they serviced the unit… The hot tub is immediately recovered, keeping the chemicals inside until the next guest arrives. Prior to using the hot tub remove the cover and let the water and chemicals air out for at least an hour prior to entering. The hot tub is swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty.
