Bring your boat and your family and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the St. John's River. Covered boathouse is currently decked over and provides a large space for relaxing, fishing, entertaining or simply enjoying your morning coffee while still leaving room to securely dock your boat. The space Newly updated and refreshed home nestled in quiet neighborhood on cul-de-sac includes 2 bedrooms with full bath, laundry area, full kitchen, breakfast table and livingrooom inside. Outside is a separate bungalow with private bedroom and half bath. In the backyard, you will find a deck overlooking the water with outdoor table and chair and screened in room with grill and small bar area. No pets allowed Guest access As a guest, you have access to the house, yard and deck. There is enough parking for 4-6 cars or 3-4 cars and your boat trailer. There are several great restaurants within a short driving distance. Other things to note This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home. We try very hard to ensure all of our guests are comfortable. If you or any of your guests are smokers or vape please be sure to smoke/vape outside and require your guests to do the same.
