The garages are not to be accessed or used by guests. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard fire pit. Other things to note FYI, booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program. WARNING: Bears can make their way onto the property. Please make sure any food is put away and if thrown away in the bins, sealed up with the bins fully closed. We use a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the property as well as a noise monitoring system in the living room. The device does not record anything, just noise decibel levels and we do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, with no exceptions. Our house is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the patio or in the yard after 10 pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out. Check the local weather forecast at least 5 days in advance. Guests with all-weather tires HAVE gotten stuck in the driveway in the past. PLEASE prepare with winter tires or bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter season. FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra cleanup from your pet. (The pet fee - $100/pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture) Other Rules / Fees: Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted.
