All amenities oceanside: pool, clubhouse, gazebo, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 4 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & bathrooms. This charming beach themed cottage is walking distance from almost everything! Restaurants, the beach, liquor store, beach goods store, CVS, pizza, Cumberland Farms, post office, ice cream, bait/tackle shop, and bike rentals are all within walking distance! We supply 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, 2 single and one double inflatable kayak, 1 grill, and 1 lounger chair. Our living room has 1 queen sized sofa bed. Our kitchen/dining area has one full sized sofa bed. Our bedroom has one queen sized bed. We have one full bathroom with a nice sized shower stall. We are about 4 houses down from the bath house which has more showers, bathrooms, and coin operated laundry! We have 2 smart TVs with Netflix, cable, and a Bluetooth speaker. Feel free to fish off the dock! All furnishings are brand new 2019, including: beds, couches, pillows, mattresses, tables, TVs, and all decorations!
