Including multiple work stations (monitors included) and a private home gym, it makes for a perfect work from home environment. Layout: Kitchen is on the lower level and access to the backyard is through the main bedroom. Bed configuration: Main Room - Queen, Bedroom 2 - Queen (fold-down) **the jets in the tub are not operational. # Revised Cooling Information for Listing This home features an evaporative cooler, which is ideal for Colorado's dry climate and provides energy-efficient cooling throughout the home. Additionally, there are two portable AC units and several fans for supplemental cooling options. Colorado nights tend to be in the 60s, so opening windows at night and shutting them in the morning will help keep the place nice and cool naturally. Other things to note There are several live plants in the house that require professional care. **Plant care people will be in the house every Friday, around noon.
