The space The primary home resides among oaks on a sunny bluff overlooking vineyards and a beautiful wooded hillside. The landscape by this home is dominated by the generous pool with built in hot tub. The house was completed in 2011, and was featured in Dwell magazine. Downstairs is one great room, including living/dining and kitchen, as well as a laundry room, powder room, and indoor shower; just outside the laundry room is an outdoor shower. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (master/primary with a king bed and large tub, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twins, including one twin trundle; upstairs there is also another bathroom with shower over tub) The property itself is special - approximately 6.3 acres, and includes (as mentioned) a pool with built in hot tub, outdoor shower, a 500+ sq foot tree deck, a creek, chickens, and ducks. Just 15 minutes away is the Healdsburg Square with excellent dining, wine tasting, shopping, and a lovely community feel. In addition to wine tasting, there are great bike rides, hikes, scenic drives, and Lake Sonoma is just down the road for boating and hiking. This is a shared property with a family of three (plus their dog Blue) who live on and take care of the property. The rental home and pool are located on a hill above the rest of the property where the animals and other home are located. You will have exclusive use of the pool.
