Come take your mountain retreat at this gorgeous and secluded 3000 sqft vacation home sitting on the super desirable east Sandy. Neighboring with deer. Great views of the Wasatch Mountains with alpine wildlife viewable from the large windows. Minutes away from many hiking/mountain biking trails and climbing routes, and less than 30 mins to Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton. The space It has a large open fully-stocked (dishes) kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, 3 family living areas with stunning mountain views for entertainment (TVs and games, yoga & meditation), and 4 decent sized bedrooms (one on 1F with its on-site bathroom and two bedrooms on 2F sharing a full bath in the middle) each sleeping 2 people. A full and a queen size bed in the 2nd floor flex room can easily sleep another 4 people. Perfect for family and those who WFH: Private office space (with a view!) is just outside of the 1st floor bedroom, and desks & chairs in both of the other two 2F bedrooms. Laundry room is next to the 1F bathroom with a washer and a dryer. The house is in a higher level about 15 steps up from the parking lot. Enjoy the whole space to yourself and your family & friends, you are not sharing with anyone else during your entire stay. Guest access Parking is on the east side driveway under the big retaining wall. Access from the keyless front door via keypad, passcode will be sent to you 2 hours before your check-in time. Other things to note Access to everything except the back yard. One bedroom was locked up in this house as a storage unit. Please drive slowly & mindfully in the tranquil neighborhood, sometimes you see deer cross the street. No pets allowed in the house, please treat our home (your vacation space) with respect, it'd be especially appreciated if shoes are removed at the entrance by the shoe rack.
