Originally built as Loeb Farms’ onsite veterinarian’s historical home, the recently renovated Queen’s Quarters now boasts 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms to accommodate guests who will appreciate the property’s historic charm. Queen’s Quarters is very well-suited for wedding groups and is close to both Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix. Please note we do not allow parties at our homes. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire main house during their stay. * **Private Space**: The entire 5-bedroom home is yours to enjoy. * **Parking**: You are welcome to park in the area directly in front of the garage bay closest to the house. **Important**: Please be aware that the detached garage and the apartment located above it are occupied by long-term tenants and are strictly off-limits to guests. The apartment has a separate driveway to ensure both your privacy and theirs. Other things to note The house is situated about a quarter mile into the neighborhood off a main highway. It's a very quiet neighborhood and many of the homes are beautiful estates that sit off the road. There is plenty of safe, quiet roads to walk. We do allow one dog and may consider an additional on a case by case basis. Please inquire before booking. We have 2 boats for rent as well as a wood-fired sauna, at additional costs.
