Put on your walking shoes and cross the street to stroll along the creek straight down to the antique shops, boutiques, 5-star restaurants, local breweries, etc., that the vibrant Historical District of Downtown Boerne has to offer. The space AMENITIES INCLUDE: a 6-person spa, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill, fire pit, volleyball net, regulation cornhole, multiple patios & outdoor eating/lounge areas, Tiki bar, Sonos Bluetooth speaker, Epson Projector/motorized screen with Roku Sound Bar, mood & party lighting. Other things to note NOTE: For the added safety of your vehicles and personal items, A lighted and recording security camera is located over the driveway. There is no visibility on camera once you are inside the white picket fence of The Trailer, or anywhere else on the entire premises.
