Welcome to "West of the Pecos"! This Southwestern style tiny home is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Offering 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom, and full size futon in living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, fast WiFi, personalized Smart Lock code, and free parking. Centrally located being just minuets away from downtown and the best local restaurants. The famous Carlsbad Caverns are a short 45 drive, and 1 hour to Guadalupe Peak! The space *Note from the Owners* This home is a cute one-bedroom house that was, at one time, by a friend's grandmother. We purchased the property from a "slumlord" that let the property fall into disrepair. Through the years, we saw the potential and have remodeled the units into what they are now. I wish we had taken before and after pictures, but life happens. We have taken great care and pride in modernizing while leaving the old charm and are very pleased with the outcome. Perfect to get a taste of New Mexico decor! Our 1 bed 1 bath tiny home is the perfect place for 1 guest or a couple traveling to the area! There is a 48" HDTV for streaming entertainment in the living room, where the futon folds into a queen size bed if needed for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is stocked and has all the necessities for your stay. Fold down bar top style table sits 2. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with high quality linens. Extra linens in closet or available upon request. The bathroom is cozy and intimate. Please note the shower is SMALL, similar to a RV Shower. Guest access Guest will have full access to entire Unit A. Please park in font of the "West of Pecos" sign. Other things to note We provide salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee pods for the keurig. There are basic cleaning supplies under the sinks. There is NO washer and dryer on property. Laundry Matt is close by. Please note the shower is SMALL, about the size of a standing camper/RV shower.
