Private getaway on 38 acres of tranquility

Just a short 12-15 minutes drive outside of Colorado Springs this unique and private getaway is for anyone wanting to temporary break from all the noise. A cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath in the middle of 38 acres of peace and quiet. Don't be surprised if you look outside and see goats wandering the pasture, pronghorn grazing the grass or falcons & owls flying above. Relax & Breathe while you're with us. Note the shower is located inside the Master bedroom. The space The property is very quiet and peaceful. Tthe sunrise in the morning is awesome and the stars at night can be memorizing. Also, if you enjoy riding your ATV/ dirt bikes/ side by sides or firearm and paintball ranges, we are conveniently located next door to an awesome local iconic business ( google Dragonman's). He also provides tours to his very own super unique and informative war history museum, just one driveway over from us. Guest access Guests can walk around the property. If you have pets, we just ask that if you have them off leash you let us know prior so that we can make sure goats are locked up to prevent any possible incidents with your pet (s), otherwise feel free to roam. Other things to note The property has a well and a septic system. Please be cognizant of what you flush down the toilet. Reach out if there are any questions.
