Welcome to the Ponderosa! This unique lake getaway includes a quaint Amish built cabin , Kitchen house, and 2 bed bunk house. All connect to a HUGE wrap around deck built to entertain and relax on. Small, simple, and set up for a relaxing get away with the family! This property has a wide walking trail down to the redline. Private gated entry and ample parking for many cars/trailers. Boat rentals and rental docks are available at nearby Ponderosa Marina and Wax Marina. NEW HOT TUB! The space 1 Amish built cabin an upstairs primary bedroom with Queen memory foam bed. Also has a super comfortable memory foam pull out Full sofa on the main level. The only bathroom is in this building. 1 Bunk house with 1 Full bed and a large 2 Full bunk bed. Fully stocked with all bed linens and bath towels 1 Kitchen house / Dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with all cook and plateware. There are a number of stairs to enter and exit all buildings. Mobility challenged folks may find this as a difficult situation The cabins are in an extremely private setting and situated off a small road. There is a charcoal grill for cooking outdoors (bring charcoal). The awesome fire pit area will keep you warm and cozy on the cool evenings and is perfect for s’mores. Bring your own firewood. New 6 person HOT TUB just installed New covered and screened in patio to fit everyone! High speed wifi and TV streaming. Each building has a HDTV and DVD player. Cell reception is good here and the TV's can mirror your phone for streaming or bring along your favorite DVD's for some fun family movie time This cabin allows dogs if you choose to bring your companion along. 2 pet maximum. Guest access Access to the entire property. *keep in mind that this is the woods and vegetation can grow over fast. Take precautions for ticks outside of the immediate cabin/yard area. There is also a neighborhood dock/picnic area that is 8min walk from the cabin. Other things to note Just a short walk to the neighborhood docks. One of the few Nolin lake docks on flat land with no stairs and direct car parking. A great place to fish or picnic. BRAND NEW covered and screened in patio! This property also allows dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
