Three bedrooms and four bathrooms offer space for large groups, giving you ample private and public spaces to create a memorable getaway. Play all day in any season and come back to relax by the fire or unwind in the sauna. Enjoy cooking for your crowd in the fully stocked kitchen complimented by a dining table that seats ten. Minutes from Ski Brule, state parks, town, UTV trails and local fair. The space The house is perched up on top of the lawn and the kitchen/dinning room faces the North, which offers incredible sunrise views! There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 of which offer on-suite bathrooms. There is a 3rd shared bathroom on the main floor as well 4th downstairs next to the sauna. Downstairs enjoy a nice comfortable seating area, with a wood burning fireplace and a game table with plenty of games to enjoy some family fun! Outdoors there are two deck/patio areas which offer wonderful views of the lake and space for outdoor dinning. There is also an outdoor fireplace, a wood fired pizza oven as well as a grill. Other things to note Pets are allowed only if they are approved ahead of time and the pet addendum is signed. There are no pets allowed on beds or furniture and they must be leashed while on the property at all times. Additional fees may apply.
