The tranquility of the woods is where you'll find Hartwell Cabins and RVs! Cabin #3 is a 450 square foot cabin, equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay. The space WHAT WE SUPPLY: Linens, 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 2 trash bags are provided in each property. If your unit includes a pull-out loveseat, please let us know before your stay if you’ll need linens—we’ll be happy to provide them. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The startup set will not be replenished; we suggest you bring extra items for longer stays. White Oak Property Management accounts for all linens and towels provided in each unit. Any missing, damaged or stained beyond repair items will result in additional charges to the Guest. OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES: We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin around so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3pm. Please understand they are not hotel rooms and, therefore, from time to time, appliances, internet, TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as they would in any property due to the life expectancy of any and all such appliances etc, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. We are not responsible for weather conditions. Guest access We do not use keys. Each door is equipped with an electronic lock. The week of arrival you'll receive a check-in email with a code specific to your stay. We do have cameras at the park. They're attached to the laundry facility and face the gravel driveway throughout the park. We do not have cameras inside or on the cabins you rent. Other things to note Cabin #3 is outfitted with a king-size bed, a full kitchen to prepare meals (range, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, Keurig, crockery and cutlery), a tub/shower combination in the bathroom, and a covered front porch. The loveseat in the living room pulls out to make a twin-size bed. Smart TVs are provided in the living room and the bedroom so that you can stream services during your stay! There are no stairs or ladders to climb since inside this cabin. An on-site, self-pay laundry facility is available 24/7. There is plenty of room next to your cabin to park your trailer and vehicle along with plugs to make charging batteries on the boat easier! Please call the office for discounted monthly rates.
