Our Jacuzzi hot tub seats 7, has a powerful massage which includes four Rotational Jets, a jetted foot dome, a back and shoulder waterfall & LED lighting. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath home w/ an extra nook is perfect for families who want to make lasting memories. Please note this home is for families and not parties or events as we have quiet neighbors. Our main floor is accessible w/ 1 step from the front and no steps from the side entrance. We have an open floor plan w/ a fully stocked kitchen connected to our living room, dining room and fun room. The dining room & fun room areas each have a sliding door leading to the main deck where we have an outdoor dining table overlooking the lake that seats 6 and another smaller table that can seat up to 4 people. The main deck also has a grill. The master bedroom w/ a king bed has an attached full bathroom and a flat screen 31" TV w/ a Roku streaming stick 4k. The living room has a futon & a 55" smart TV. The fun room has a foosball table and another futon. The kitchen has a Keurig, Mr Coffee maker, Ninja blender, 7 quart crockpot, spices, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc. Finally, there is a bathroom where guests can shower before jumping into the hot tub. A flight of stairs leads to the lower level of our home where we have a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom w/ two triple bunk beds (totaling 6 twin beds) and a nook w/ a triple bunk bed (3 twin beds). The lower level also has a bathroom, a separate laundry room w/ a washer & dryer & a built in table which can be used as a separate work space. The whole house has highspeed 400 Mbps internet. The den has a flat screen 31" TV w/ a Roku streaming stick 4k, plus plenty of board games. The den also has a sliding door that leads to our lower deck where we have another seating area for enjoying the lake view. A flight of 27 steps from the lower level leads to our patio area which features a waterfall, 2 fire pits & a great view of the lake. Our private dock has an 11' wide x29' long boat slip, a water slide, swim platform, 2 kayaks & a lily pad. Please contact us for details if bringing a boat. From the patio area there are 33 steps down to the dock. KID & PET FRIENDLY We have a Graco Pack ‘N Play and a portable adjustable baby and pet gate to block the stairway, if needed. Guest access Guests have access to our entire home, 2 decks, patio area & private dock. Guests will not have access to 2 owner's closets & garage. Other things to note We have a shared driveway to our house, located at the bottom of the hill. The driveway is somewhat steep down to the house. There is room for parking up to 4 regular sized vehicles that runs the length of the front of the home. Additionally, there is an RV hookup. Note that the neighbors park on the left side. Also, for larger vehicles like trucks, we recommend backing down the driveway for ease when you are leaving. We are set up for responsible adults and children. *No Smoking in the home CHECK OUT: please note that each of these check out rules if not followed will result in the cleaners charging an additional fee which will be passed on to the guest: *Checkout time is 10a. *Move all trash (interior & exterior) to the trash bins at the top of the driveway across from the mailboxes. Trash pick up is Tuesday. *Strip all beddings that were used & leave on the bed. *Place all dirty towels in laundry area. *Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher & start the dishwasher. *Remove all food & beverages from refrigerator *Put everything as it was at the end of your stay: water lily rolled up and put back on dock, kayaks returned to where parked at beginning of stay. *Text after departing to let us know We recommend buying trip insurance in case your trip gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
