Convenient self check-in is available for your arrival. Please note that a few owner's closets are kept locked for supplies and will not be available for guest use. Other things to note -We are excited to be the new owners of this rental and have made many updates throughout the home since our purchase. - If you need more room for a larger group, please ask us about booking an additional unit. -Please Note: This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per Airbnb's listing requirement, we are required to notify you of the possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via Airbnb's Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same.
