Access through 24-hour guard gate and drive to assigned 1-car parking space by condo. Other things to note Subject to HOA regulations: - only two guests in the premises, - no events or party celebrations, - one-car space. We are pet friendly. However, we charge a pet fee. Please, check this feature when making the reservation. If your pet lays under Service Animal category, there is no fee for Service Animal. Would it be the case you bring your pet, please bring blankets, cushions, toys, eating and drinking bowls - we would greatly appreciate that Guest does not use items from the condo for this purpose.
