With 210 square feet of living space, you have a full kitchen, bathroom, TV & even a washer/dryer. Once outside, you'll find a covered patio, bbq grill, jacuzzi & even a sauna. Whether you choose to stay on site & enjoy all the amenities or you choose to explore surrounding cities and hike the beautiful mountains, you will not be disappointed during your stay! The space The tiny house has a queen size loft and a living room sitting area that can convert to a double bed in case you don't want to go up to the loft,or if you have a guest for the night. There is a 42" TV that swivels to be seen in the loft or downstairs. There's a full bathroom and kitchen, as well as a complete washer/dryer combo. There is a jacuzzi and a sauna with covered lighting and a deck with stylish patio furniture. There is also a propane grill outside of the tiny house you can use. There are tables inside that pull out should you need to use your computer or want to sit down and eat. There is a closet with a small ironing board with an iron as well and a hair dryer. The loft has both black out blinds as well as light filtering blinds. There is an Amazon Fire Stick that has all of the local channels, pay per view, sports networks, the newest movies as well as Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, Disney+ and ESPN. If there are any questions, I'm right here on the property in case you need something. Guest access There is complete privacy from the main house and you can come and go as needed through a private side entrance with a fully lit walkway. Other things to note There are many major restaurants (Applebee's, Chili's, Red Robin, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel, etc) within 5 miles from the property. Movie theaters, the mall, bowling alley in Victorville and Apple Valley, hiking in Wrightwood (about 20 minutes away), Big Bear is an hour away, Las Vegas is 2 1/2 hours away and Los Angeles and surrounding beaches is about 90 minutes away if you're looking for some fun during your stay. However, if you choose to stay indoors and enjoy the allure of the tiny house, you will not be disappointed. You will feel like you're on a resort enjoying your time away. I do offer a 29% monthly discount for longer stays. Please remember that you're staying in your own private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
