Our charming 5-bedroom house has everything you need for your Temple trip. The home comes with self-check-in, 2 car garage/free parking, and washer/dryer. During your stay, you can enjoy the covered back porch, pellet grill, full kitchen, and spacious living room. Our cozy Airbnb is within driving distance to Scott & White Hospital restaurants, and shops. We are the ideal base to explore Temple with your family, friends and fur babies! Your pets will love our "doggie door" & the gated backyard. The space ❖ House Details The owners of this property have taken special care to make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable. Please treat this home with the same respect and care as you would your own. This vacation home has been beautifully furnished with quality furniture, electronics, and appliances to provide you with all the comforts of home during your stay. Upon arrival, we highly recommend walking through the entire home so you can take advantage of everything it has to offer. In addition to the comforts inside, you can enjoy a spacious back porch with plenty of seating — perfect for morning coffee, evening conversations, or relaxing in the fresh air. For outdoor cooking, we provide a pellet grill for guest use (pellets are provided), so you can make the most of your time outside. -Please note, this is an older home with unique character and a few quirks that add to its charm: *Over the years, some walls have developed cracks, which have been patched as part of regular upkeep. *The foundation in the downstairs bedroom with twin beds has a slight slant, a common trait in historic homes. *The loft stairs are steep and can be tricky to navigate — please use extreme caution when going up or down. *Bathtub mats are provided in each bathroom to help prevent slips and ensure safety. We share these details so you can enjoy the home fully and safely while appreciating the character that makes it special. ❖ Bed Linens & Bath Towels It’s all here – no need to bring a thing! All of the bedrooms are fully made up with pillows, bed linens, and blankets. The bathrooms are outfitted with 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per guest, as well as toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). ❖ Cooking Equipment This newly remodeled kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. Pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, French Press, coffee grinder, toaster, air fryer, bakeware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses, wine bottle opener, coffee cups, popcorn maker, blender, egg cooker, handheld mixer, — we’ve got it covered! ❖ Household Supplies Our house offers a limited supply of the following items: Dish soap, Dishwasher Detergent, Paper Towels, Aluminum Foil, Ziploc Bags, Garbage Bags, Salt & Pepper, Various Spices (specific spices provided if requested in advance), Various Flavored Keurig pods, Espresso, Various Flavors of Creamer, Equal, Truvia, Splenda, Sugar in the Raw, Sugar, Tea, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Cotton Balls, Laundry Detergent Pods, Dryer Sheets. *The guest is responsible for purchasing any items needed once the limited supply has been used. ❖ Driveway Access Please note that the driveway has a steep incline. Most vehicles can access it without issue, but cars with very low clearance may have difficulty and should use extra caution when entering or exiting. Guest access Guests will be sent a code to unlock the front door. Codes are changed with every new guest that stays. To enter: On the front door handle push the button “Yale”, then type in the code. The door will make an unlocking sound. Wait for the sound to stop before trying to open the door. You have to push the door pretty hard to get it open and closed. In case of a code not working, guest will be able to speak with host immediately through the 2-way talk on the Ring Doorbell. Additionally, if for some reason the front door is malfunctioning there is a physical key 🔑 in the black lock box below the Ring Door Bell. The host will give you the code to the lock box. If you need the actual key feel free to use it. Please put it back when you are done so that other guests can use it to. Other things to note ❖ House Rules & Safety -No smoking indoors — $500 fee for violations. Smoking is allowed outside with doors closed. -Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. -Please use caution on all stairs, especially the loft stairs. -Host is not responsible for guest injuries. -Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. ❖ Check-In / Check-Out -Check-in: 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available with prior approval). -Check-out: 11:00 AM (15-minute grace period; $50 late check-out fee after that). -Keyless entry with backup physical key in a lockbox for emergencies.
