This house in the charming Jefferson Westside neighborhood is perfect for a stay in Eugene with beautiful landscaping and close proximity to everything in the area including the University of Oregon. Less than 10 minute drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium! The house was built in 1940 and maintains much of its original charm (archways, built in cabinets, and doors with skeleton keys) while also having updated appliances and utilities (new water heater, hvac system, high speed Wi-Fi). Beautifully and artistically curated, this 1940 home has original oak hardwood floors, heated tile in the bathroom, and many modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The house has a full kitchen with basic ingredients (flour, spices, etc.) and coffee! There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a pull out sofa in the living room. ***WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS*** For guests that book 4 days or more during the world athletic championships, we will offer a reserved parking spot just 2 blocks from Hayward field! Access to the entire house, parking space for 2 cars, and backyard with garden and outdoor dining table. There is also access to washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Available either in person or over the phone the entire duration of your stay! The Jefferson Westside Neighborhood is in the heart of Eugene and has convenient access to downtown, the University, fairgrounds, restaurants, and more! We are within walking distance to numerous restaurants (Hot mama’s wings, falling sky, sweet life). This neighborhood is filled with many older but well maintained Eugene homes with large garden spaces in the front. We are also two blocks from Monroe park which has a grass field and playground! Guests are able to walk to many restaurants and shops within the area. By car, getting to downtown, University of Oregon, 5th street market and most of Eugene is all within 5 minutes drive. There is free street parking as well as private parking spaces for up to 3 cars at this house. This home is on a quiet street with local traffic and bicycles only!
