The space The spaces are particularly large for 4 people, both double bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, the kitchen is fully organized with all appliances, the living room has a sofa, armchairs and a dining table. Each room has access to the terrace, and there is a washing machine and a dryer in the house. In the building, there is a paid parking lot available upon request. The apartment is in a strategic location, right in the center, outside the limited traffic zone, a few minutes from the Repubblica metro and an 8-minute walk from Termini Station, perfectly connected by Metro, Bus and Taxi. Guest access The property is entirely available for guests' use. Other things to note Upon request, we can arrange a transfer to/from the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers. Arrivals after 8:00 pm require an extra payment of 30 EUR, while after midnight the cost will be 60 EUR. For stays longer than 3 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged with a change of linens. For reservations of 6 nights or more, the cost of two intermediate cleanings per week will be charged, one with a change of linens and one without. In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service, such as a Basket composed of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a Birthday Cake, a Sweet or Continental Breakfast that will be delivered directly to your apartment.
