Staying at the Greenfield Gathering Place is a walk in the park- literally! A great place for families and get togethers, this cute and stylish 3 BR 2 bath house is situated right next to Greenfield Lake park. Clean modern design, comfy beds, a stocked eat-in kitchen, furnished deck and privacy fenced backyard, and convenient location will provide you a great place to relax after all the fun. The space Completely remodeled with new flooring, paint, and fixtures. The modern decor has a clean and uncluttered design. The living room has a comfortable couch and a big smart TV if you’re looking for some relaxation. The chef’s kitchen has a great 5 burner gas stove, granite countertops, big refrigerator, open face cabinets, plenty of cookware, and dinner service for 8. The kitchen bar seats 4 and opens up into the dining room which seats 6. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress and protector. The master bedroom has a full bath and a walk-in closet. Washer/dryer and wifi are included. The real star of the show is that when you open the back door, walk onto the furnished deck, and then through landscaped backyard on the brick path and open the back gate: you’re in Greenfield Lake Park! You can go around the lake on the 5 mile long walking and biking path, rent a reasonably priced kayak or paddleboat and cruise past the cypress trees in the lake, take the kids to the swing set and playground, enjoy a picnic, or even bring your deck and hit the skatepark! All that is in walking distance to the house, which is located right on Greenfield lake park. I lived here for a number of years and spent countless hours playing with my daughter in the park, jogging around and boating in the lake. This is a beautiful park with terrific foliage and lots of wildlife. Guest access You'll have the whole house to yourself! You'll receive access codes for the front door. The Garage is not available to park in or use. We use it for storage, it is locked. There is also on locked closet in the house which is used by the cleaners. Other things to note This is a place to chill and relax. We include coffee, a few lite options for breakfast, and basic essentials available for you when you arrive! -About Our Cleaning Fee and Checkout instructions: We take your vacation and our cleaning seriously—because it matters. Your cleaning fee covers far more than just a spotless space (which you’ll absolutely have). It also includes fresh linens, fully stocked coffee and snacks, bottled water, and the time it takes our team to prepare the home properly for every stay. Most importantly: we never ask guests to clean before they leave. That’s exactly what the cleaning fee is for. Our checkout instructions are intentionally simple: • Let us know when you’re heading out (so we can get started for the next guest) • Lock the door That’s it. Relax, enjoy your stay, and leave the rest to us. Checkout is 11am, but we can offer late checkout as availability allows. 12pm checkout is $20, and 1pm checkout is $30.
