The space There is keyless front door entry to the first floor. A fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with an 8 seat dining table, and living room occupy the first floor in a semi-open design concept. A wall mounted 4K UHD Roku Smart TV is available in the living room for your entertainment. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 with queen beds and one with a full bed. Each room has a closet with hangers and shelves for storage. There is a full bathroom on the second floor equipped with floating vanity, LED mirror, ceiling exhaust fan with Bluetooth speakers and a “rainfall” shower system. The basement has epoxied floors, a full bathroom and a central lounge area /work space. There is an owner’s closet in the basement with restricted access. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor and are only accessible, upon request, for guests staying more than 7 days. The back door off the kitchen opens to a porch with a Pergola, comfortable seating, a fire pit and nearly 2000 sq feet of backyard entertainment space. The Pergola remains uncovered for the most part but can be easily covered during unbearably warm days. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests except for the owner’s closet in the basement and the washer/dryer unit, which is accessible upon request for guests staying more than 7 days.
