The space This smartly designed, bi-level studio is ideal for two people with its dedicated queen bedroom space, separate raised lounge plus counter area (with sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and a wide range of coffee making supplies) and tub/shower combo bathroom. The space is full of hand-crafted art and furnishings made by the hosts and designed to create a harmonious color story and one-of-kind vibe. Relax in our lush yard under two gorgeous mulberry trees in a cozy patio nook complete with a propane fire pit. An added plus is a reserved parking space and coded private door entry so you may come and go with ease. If scheduling permits, you may request to drop your car off earlier than the check-in time which can be handy in this town with very limited parking. Guest access Guests have private use of the apartment which has its own coded entrance separate from the main house. The backyard includes a semi-private three person seating nook with propane fire pit that is reserved for you during your stay. The hosts live in the front house and will happily give you privacy when you are relaxing there. Other things to note We have two apartments on the property. This listing is for the smaller downstairs 340 sq ft space with a queen bed and dedicated outdoor seating nook with fire pit. The upstairs apartment is 560 sq ft with two private decks - one right off the living area. Calendar permitting, both may be booked to accommodate up to five people.
