The main part of the cottage is approx 570 sq ft. The space is compact, but very efficiently put to use. The screened in porch & outdoor patio are both fabulous too & add a ton of space for hanging out. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage. We have to 2 small areas locked off, for the cleaners supplies, but other than that - you have access to the whole place. Other things to note This is a great spot to get away from the hustle & bustle, after a day in the big city (Chicago) or after seeing a Notre Dame football game or checking out the campus. If you aren't familiar with the area, we provide a guide book that helps show you activities to do around the area (from playing in the dunes, local restaurants & attractions, pumpkin patches & apple picking in the fall, & so much more!). Our guide also includes a calendar of events to help you see what is going on, when you are in town. One final note - our guidebook also has a link to the current swimming conditions & color of flag - Lake Michigan is a force & you don't want to mess with this force (drownings do occur) - please be mindful of the swimming conditions.
