Contractor will access back yard only, he will not go inside the home -Please note that this home has an attached apartment. They are completely separate and a privacy fenced added. The right side of the driveway belongs to them. -$100 charge if garage door opener is not left of hook at checkout -Parking: 1 car garage is available but is on the smaller side. You can park directly behind the garage in the drive way or free street parking. DO NOT park or block the right side of the driveway or garage. -Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. -Trash:city cans for trash & recycling are located on the side of the drive way and must be taken to the street for trash pickup and brought back after if this occurs during your stay -Ring doorbell camera installed on the exterior front door, this is the only camera and is used for security and to monitor guest count City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.
