Waterfront house set in quiet and private neighborhood for gateway with the whole family at this peaceful place with PRIVATE BEACH ON Lake Ontario. Picnic table next to grill for your barbecue needs and fire pit for family gathering in the evening to watch the sunset and Toronto skyscrapers. Sunny room with picturesque views of the lake make you feel at home. KAYAKS DO NOT COME WITH RENTAL, YOU CAN BRING YOURS. We have life jackets on the house for safety but you need swimming shoes. The space House has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning room laundry room and Sunny room for sleeping 8 people. In all 3 bedrooms there are queen beds. Living room has a Queen sofa bed and in sunny room a couch to accommodate your sleeping well. Waterfront is accessible with private beach where guests can relax in chairs provided. Plenty space to run and play in front or back yard of the house. Books and Games provided for reading and playing inside and outside. Guest access Guest will access whole House which mean all areas, kitchen, living room, dining room, sunny room, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms. Also front and backyard of property will be accessible to guests during their stay Other things to note Outside area has fire pit, picnic grill, picnic table, water access for swimming, kayaking and private beach for seating and relaxing. WE DON’T PROVIDE KAYAKS BUT YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN. There is no life guard or emergency response when you will swim. Life jacket will be provided but you can bring your own swimming shoes which are a must have to go in water.
