No extra guests on the property at any time unless approved in writing before arrival. We are pet friendly: - Please pay $150 pet fee before arrival. - Two dogs maximum - Dogs are not allowed to be left alone at any time. - Dogs are not allowed on beds and/or furniture - Please pick up after your dogs CITY NOISE ORDINANCE: Amplified music NOT ALLOWED at anytime. Music cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Only cellphone/laptop level music is allowed before 10pm. Guests will face eviction and a minimum fine of $1000 will be charged to guests if City Code Enforcement is called to the house for causing a noise disturbance of any kind. Events or parties are NOT ALLOWED. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down immediately and a monetary fine will be assessed. You will be asked to leave property immediately with no refunds. This is a SMOKE-FREE property.
